NENA 2009
The results are in and NENA 2009 was a success! Without you and
your continual support of NENA, the conference and
trade show would not have run as smoothly as it
did. Our newly designed booth was revealed to a
very busy trade show - we hope you had the chance
to stop to see our latest solutions and services
that were demonstrated. PlantCML was honored to
participate in a number of educational sessions,
the NG9-1-1 Integration Demonstration, the Tuesday
General Session: Our World of Tomorrow, as
well as a number of other NG opportunities.

next? Be Sure to Visit us (Booth #1400) at
APCO's 75th Annual Conference and Expo
in Las Vegas from August 16 - 20.
Managed Services -
Enhanced System Protection for Critical Call
Centers Modern, fast-paced call
center operations require agency personnel to
focus exclusively on the public safety needs of
their constituents. In today's environment of
shrinking budgets and overstretched work
schedules, fewer agencies can spare the technical
personnel to manage their systems on a full-time
basis. Couple this with an interconnected world
teeming with external threats and ask yourself,
can you really afford to go it alone?
Service Management
Center PlantCML's Service Management
Center (SMC), our state-of-the-art technical nexus
supporting Managed Services operations, is staffed
around the clock actively monitoring customer
sites, since issues rarely arrive on a 9-to-5
schedule. Comprehensive data protection includes
geographic redundancy with mirrored sites in
California and Tennessee. Biometric access
controls protect sensitive data and secure
high-speed connections to firewalled customer
installations provide controlled access for
ongoing issue detection and resolution.
Detect Potential Issues before they
Impact Service Managed Services are designed
to work together to provide maximum protection to
your critical systems. Services can be deployed
either individually or in combination with one
another to meet your specific needs.
