This intensive ten-day course provides technicians with detailed instruction on installation, programming and maintenance of a Meridian 1 Option 61C PBX in an E9-1-1 environment.
What you will learn:
- Detailed instruction on cabling

- Programming and configuring features of the ACD and 911 software
- How to program the Meridian 1 database for accurate interfacing with PlantCML’s VESTA Meridian system
