(TEMECULA, CA, April 3, 2009) – PlantCML, an EADS North America company, announces the release of VESTA Pallas 2.6 Service Pack (SP) 2, an all-in-one, IP-based call taking solution for call centers with two-to-12 call taking positions. VESTA Pallas seamlessly handles both emergency and administrative calls in an easily installable, highly reliable, low maintenance turnkey solution.
