Franklin, Tenn., Dec. 1, 2009 — PlantCML®, the global leader in mission-critical communications solutions for public safety, Federal-DoD and corporate applications, today announced that Bob Freinberg will rejoin the company as vice president and general manager of Dialogic Communications Corporation (DCC), its wholly owned subsidiary located in Franklin, Tenn.
Mr. Freinberg originally joined PlantCML in September 2001. During his seven-year tenure at PlantCML, he served as vice president of sales and marketing, and was general manager of its Public Safety Business Unit focusing on market acceptance of sophisticated emergency call center solutions.
As vice president and general manager, Freinberg will oversee all business operations and manage DCC’s growth as it continues to lead the market in developing notification solutions and services for both the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining PlantCML, Freinberg spent five years in international sales and marketing for start-up companies. He launched a Voice over IP (VoIP) carrier in Europe, Asia and the Americas. During that time he engaged with more than 100 telephone companies and internet service providers, in 17 countries, associated with VoIP applications and deployments.

Freinberg has an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Baltimore. He also is a graduate of Michigan State University’s Graduate School of Business with an MBA in Marketing, Distribution and Logistics.
